  • Mike Stephenson

    H2ecO co-founder with a background in Marine Biology, 20 years experience in the development and operation of technically complicated commercial buildings with multi-million pound budgets, 10 years experience specifically in the renewables industry with a passion for reducing carbon emissions using any and all practical solutions.

  • Julie Stephenson

    H2ecO co-founder with a background in retail banking and financial control.

    Julie brings sound financial management, a razor-sharp focus on customer care and a passion for carbon emission reduction. She runs the office on a short leash!

  • Ashley Michele

    Ashley has worked with H2ecO for 10 years. He is a fully qualified electrician, roofing specialist, PV engineer, Refrigeration engineer, Battery installation engineer and heatpump specialist with relevant plumbing certifications.

    Ash manages and works on projects large and small and has a real passion for the highest quality of workmanship. His projects have won “RHI installer of the year” in recent years.

  • Dan Booker

    Dan has worked with H2ecO on a subcontracting basis for several years and joined the team full-time in early 2020. Dan has an extensive background in commercial electrics and heating systems.

    He is a qualified electrician, Gas engineer and Heatpump / refrigeration engineer. Dan has a particular interest in the whole-house approach to energy reduction both on new-build and retrofit projects.

  • John George

    John Joined H2ecO in 2020 after a lengthy period as a paramedic. He is a qualified electrician and E.V. ChargePoint installer.

    He is rapidly working his way through training and certifications for heatpumps and Photovoltaic systems and is finding the depth of knowledge required to cover all of the renewable technologies to be a fascinating process

  • Wendy Farmer

    Wendy has a background in customer care working for Citizens advice. At H2ecO, she looks after the day to day applications and negotiations with the National grid on behalf of our customers. She also deals with keeping the certifications and paperwork side of the various technologies running as smoothly as possible.

    If you need to make a domestic RHI application after having a heatpump installed, Wendy will be the person talking you through it on the phone.

We are a cautiously growing business in a fast moving sector that we are expecting to grow significantly over the coming years. We are always on the lookout for the right person to join our team.

If you have a passion for renewables and are prepared to learn at a fast pace and problem-solve as an integral part of your work, we would love to hear from you.

You do not need to be certified in any particular trade – we do sometimes have openings for less qualified people who we can train.
